We had a lovely stay in the Polo room. It was beautifully decorated, spacious for two, and had a microwave and toaster for anyone wanting to do a bit of self-catering. I love that the rooms each have a theme. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and the lobby smells amazing. It's very central in Chester, near the shops and local restaurants. There's no restaurant in the hotel, but that wasn't a problem with so many good places to eat nearby. The mini bar had drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices, which is hard to find in hotels these days. The staff were helpful and lovely, and made us feel welcome. We'll definitely come back. I want to see how many of the themed rooms we can try.

George greeted us and was really friendly. We stayed in the elegance suite this weekend, and what a room! The huge golden bathtub was right in the bedroom, with a sitting area, a kitchen and an amazing rainfall shower. It felt absolutely luxurious, and the mini bar was fairly priced too. The hotel is perfectly placed for everything. We'll definitely stay again next time we're in Chester.

We've stayed in the Bouquet room twice now, and the decor is so calm and relaxing. The bathroom is top notch, with a great shower and complimentary toiletries. The rest of The Hotel Chester is beautifully presented and immaculately clean, and the staff are attentive and always there if needed. This was our second stay, and we'll definitely book again. Chester is one of our favourite places, and the hotel is within walking distance of all areas. Can't wait for our next visit, and I'd happily recommend The Hotel Chester to friends and family 🩷

Lauren was especially wonderful, so friendly and professional, and all the staff were great. I loved the fresh, pleasant scent throughout the hotel. The Hotel Chester really impressed me, with beautiful decor and attention to detail, a spotless room, and an easy location for getting around. ❤️

We had an amazing stay in the 1762 ground floor two-bedroom apartment, and everything went beyond our expectations. I had booked elsewhere, but changed plans because the windows there couldn't be opened, which wouldn't work for my mum's allergy-related asthma. Rhiannon was lovely and helpful when I spoke with her, and all the staff were kind and helpful. Thanks a million xx. We'd definitely stay here again.
