The location worked really well, with a lovely pub just a minute away by car and plenty to visit nearby, including curbar edge, baslow edge, linacre reservoirs woods, bakewell and chatsworth. The lodge itself is beautiful, high quality, and has everything you need. We also had lovely views. We'd definitely come back.

We ate breakfast looking out at an amazing view. The lodge had everything we needed, and we'd definitely stay again!

I'm writing my first review while I'm still here. The place is lovely inside and the location's beautiful. My son says the internet is a bit slow, though nobody's listening to him. I'll come back, but without the kids! 😅

A cosy, comfortable little lodge with everything you need for a weekend away. It's near Baslow and Bakewell, and there's a local pub about five minutes away. I loved staying here and would happily return.

The countryside views were great, and the hosts were so friendly. It's a fantastic little lodge, with everything a family needs for a weekend break.
