Anthoney was a hero when I arrived stressed after a long day of travel. My card wouldn’t work, it was a heat wave, and I was having a bit of a breakdown. He stayed calm, helped me, and was so kind. I didn’t exactly make a great first impression, but the hotel did: it was clean, comfortable, and much cooler than any premier inn I’ve stayed in. They went above and beyond for me. I can’t recommend the place enough, and I’m so grateful for everything.

For the price, I can’t fault it. A few areas look a little worn, but it’s a great-value hotel with especially friendly staff. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

The local buses stop nearby and go into Chorley Town for £1. We stayed one night for a dance event in Chorley and found it really good value. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a lovely continental spread, more than enough. We’d definitely recommend it and hope to visit again.

I’ve stayed here a few times, but this visit was five star. Janine is a real credit to the company, always going above and beyond for customers. Breakfast was brilliant, and she’s constantly cleaning and keeping on top of things. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

We’ve already booked another visit for next week. Our room was number 14 on the ground floor, facing the rear car park, and it was perfectly quiet. The room was spotless, the bed really comfortable, and the staff were brilliant as usual. We had a lovely stay at Best Western, Chorley last weekend.
