We had a great birthday celebration at Trinity Farmhouse with several families. There was room for all of us, and the lovely garden gave the kids space to play while the rest of us relaxed. Looking forward to our next celebration there.

The bedrooms were clean and looked as pictured, and the house and grounds are lovely and peaceful. The kitchen and garden, though, didn’t fully match the photos. I booked through AirBnB, and the Kite Trust asked me to remove this review. The biggest problem was how The Kite Team handled things. Their communication felt cold and scripted, with little empathy or initiative. They were quick to apologise, but didn’t offer useful help. On the first night, I had to rewash all the cutlery and crockery before making dinner. They said I could have messaged and they would send a cleaning team, but I doubt a team would come out on a Friday night just to wash dishes. It left me feeling they cared more about turning guests around than the condition of the property or people’s stay. There were also missing bulbs and unchecked downlights, so the kitchen lights didn’t work, and the upstairs main toilet leaked. Kite Trust either didn’t know about these issues or didn’t care, as long as the next guest paid. The garden had a rotting climbing frame that wasn’t pictured or advertised. It was disappointing for the kids to see it from the window and then be told to stay away because it was unsafe. A group member’s lost item is still unresolved. It should have been simple to sort out, but the team seemed not to care or be honest. Fine for one night, but I wouldn’t stay at another Kite Trust property. This is one of 77.

Anna was a perfect host, and the property is stunning. It’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, with gorgeous interiors, facilities and gardens. I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been to Trinity Farmhouse three times now, so that probably says it all. I first came to the Cotswolds for a trip, loved the place so much that I returned to host a business retreat. It’s one of the most stunning properties I’ve stayed in, with beautiful interiors and decor and obvious care put into keeping everything immaculate. There’s lots of outdoor space, plenty of parking and a secure garden that worked perfectly for bringing our dog. It has room for everyone, whether you want a relaxing getaway or a more structured stay like our second visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough. If you’re considering it, just book, you won’t regret it.
