My first visit went fine. The room on the first floor had an accessible shower and a little more space, though the rooms were much smaller than I expected. On my second stay, I got a ground-floor room with no window, weak phone reception, and TV channels that kept cutting out. Staff didn't seem especially welcoming, so the stay was mixed. The location is excellent and central, and the price is good for the area. I'm just not sure I'd book again.

The room was tiny, maybe the smallest I've slept in, but it was cosy and comfortable. The location is one of London's best, everything was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I also liked the shower, with its thermostatic tap and plenty of hot water. The service felt caring and personal. The tap beer was nice, though the food was only average. Price was okay, a bit high per square metre. I enjoyed my stay.

The location made it easy to get around the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact, but modern, clean, and cleverly laid out. Really good value for money. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

A clean, simple hotel with good value for money. It's well placed for visiting the city and getting to London City Airport. The air conditioning could be improved. I'd recommend it if you're on a low budget.

The only drawback for me was having to collect meals from the restaurant myself if I wanted them in my room, since there isn't room service. Otherwise, it's a great place and I recommend it. The hotel is very neat, customer service is excellent, the meals are amazing, and the atmosphere is lovely. It's easy to find and in a pretty quiet area.
