We booked a last-minute night away with our 10-month-old and were really pleased with the choice. The room was much bigger than expected, with a huge, comfortable bed, and the fan above it was a lifesaver in the scorching heat. Breakfast was tasty and a good-sized portion, and the price was reasonable. The location worked well for us, near both the town centre and the beach. The owner communicated clearly, was exceptionally pleasant, and even let us use his private parking spot. Only slight drawback: he’s a Spurs fan.

The location made it easy to get to the beach and shops, while still being on a quiet street. There’s free parking, too. Graham and Cheryl gave us such a warm welcome, and the room was clean, with biscuits in the welcome pack. Lisa and Sarah kept it in lovely order and were always happy to help. We enjoyed the breakfast and all the choices, plus the en-suite shower had plenty of toiletries and moisturiser. Friendly smiles all round. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’ve stayed at the Jedburgh twice now and Cheryl and Graham made us feel welcome again. We’re already planning to return in September. The superior room was spacious and clean, and the rainfall shower was amazing. Breakfast was gorgeous with loads to choose from. It’s handy for the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. A 10/10 place to stay.

Thanks to Cheryl and Graham for fitting us in over Armed Forces weekend. Cheryl was so welcoming and really went the extra mile. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Graham cooked a lovely breakfast, with plenty of choice.

Sheryl and Graham made us feel very welcome, and the en-suite was sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable, too. Breakfast was wonderful: my husband had the full English, while I went for cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit and a small cooked breakfast. It was all so nice that I’m struggling to find the words.
