Newburgh House Bed & Breakfast

The Garden Room was spacious and looked out over the garden. It had a tea and coffee tray with nice homemade brownies, and the bathroom was a good size, though there was no shower. Breakfast was very nice and had to be ordered the night before. Staff were friendly and informative at check-in. We stayed one night using a voucher from my daughter, which I booked over the phone with the voucher number. We had to pay an extra £50 to upgrade because the original option meant sharing a bathroom, and I’m not sure that was good value. Would maybe stay again if we were in the area.

The hosts were so accommodating, and it felt like a home away from home. Fires were always going and being topped up, there was a good choice of food and drinks, and they kindly arranged taxis for us to go out for a meal. This gorgeous, cosy B&B is also perfectly placed for lovely walks, pubs and food. We can't wait to return.

Breakfast was excellent, and the stay felt more like a hotel than a B&B. Our room was comfortable, with thoughtful touches like fresh milk and homemade cake. Ryan greeted us so warmly when we arrived late and helped carry our bags. This is a great place to stay, and we highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Ryan and Andy. The quiet area was perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was rich and delicious, honestly one of the best we've had at a B&B. Our room at Newburgh House Bed & Breakfast was spotless and comfortable, with all the information we needed. Ryan was an excellent host and made us feel at home straight away. It was a great choice, and we'd happily recommend it. We'd definitely visit again.
