I tried to book a room, but they demanded a Deliveroo, Uber Eats or JustEat account and a fake UK ID in a girl's name, like Rebecca or Joanne. I didn't have any of those, or I could apparently have stayed for free with three hot meals a day and central heating. Our veterans don't get luxuries like that and are left sleeping on the street.

The staff were lovely and always ready to help with any problems. Our kettle was faulty, and they replaced it straight away, even bringing the new one up to the room. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Thanks to all the staff.

The hotel apparently favoured taking government money to keep asylum seekers, which meant ordinary people who need somewhere to stay couldn't book. Please don't book here as punishment for that. As soon as the asylum seekers left, rooms were offered again. They need fumigating and renovating, so avoid the place. They should get what they deserve. If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars.

Everyone we spoke to was super kind and friendly. The hotel was very quiet, clean and hospitable. Highly recommend.

I love staying here when I'm heading to London. The parking is great for the crew station.
