The views from the windows were fantastic, and I had a lovely stay in peaceful, very quiet surroundings. The owner was pleasant and friendly without being intrusive. I stayed five nights while touring Scotland on my motorcycle at this former railway station, which has plenty of old world charm. There are two rental rooms, the old waiting room and the ticket office. Both have been refurbished to a high standard and have ensuite facilities. I was in the old waiting room, which was very clean and smart. The bed was comfortable, with thick white cotton sheets and a duvet that really hugged you to sleep. The shower room had clean, fluffy white towels, and there was plenty of tea and coffee. There was also a small flat screen TV and lots of hanging space in the wardrobe. Breakfast was really nice, with a full cooked option plus cereal and fruit if you wanted, along with tea and coffee.

Jean made the stay special. She’s lovely and cooks a great breakfast. We also really enjoyed the beautiful part of Scotland around Highlandman Station, Crief.

We had a great view from this clean, tidy place about 2 miles outside Crieff, Perthshire. The full Scottish breakfast was excellent, and our host was very nice. No problems at all.

Jean, the owner, was friendly and helpful, and breakfast set us up well for the day. The Highlandman B&B is stylish throughout and sits in a fantastic location. We’d highly recommend the Highlandman Station.
