The room was so peaceful, and getting around town was easy. I was travelling on my own before continuing to the Mawddarch Trail, and the guide in the room helped me choose an easier walk. Alun and Ian were lovely, communication was great, and the snacks they left were such a nice touch. There was a great choice of teas and coffees, too. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the room and en-suite were beautifully designed. I’d love to come back.

The house has been renovated so beautifully, with thoughtful details and gorgeous furniture. I even took photos to show my friends. The room was spotless, wonderfully decorated, and an unbelievably good price. Ian kindly had it ready early when I arrived ahead of schedule. There were delicious, high-quality snacks and a fridge, plus an interesting visitors book about the house and surrounding area. The shower could get really hot, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it was quiet enough for a great night's sleep. I’d absolutely book here again.

The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with, and the room had lots of useful local information, including maps and ideas for walks and activities. It’s a historic house, decorated with real care. The bed was wide and very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with a roomy shower. There was also a large TV and a small fridge. Highly recommended.

The en-suite was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. A lovely room, and I’d certainly recommend it.

The hosts were very helpful and brought us crockery and cutlery for the breakfast we brought ourselves. They also left lovely teas, coffees and snacks in the rooms. Everything was tasteful, beautiful and comfortable.
