Jayne and Mark made our weekend away for my partner’s birthday feel extra special. When we arrived, they’d arranged a lovely bouquet of flowers and her favourite drink in the room. The room was quirky and amazing, like something out of Naria, with a roll-top bath in the bathroom. Breakfast was something to die for. We couldn’t recommend the place more. Thank you for making it so special.

Unusual, traditional, fun and relaxing, this is an exceptional and truly delightful space. If you want to see how to run a successful Bed & Breakfast, book two nights with Jayne and Mark, bring a pad and pen, and notice all the details. I’ll leave it there, so the surprise of this madcap place isn’t spoiled.

It’s a lovely house with lovely rooms, and Mark and Jayne are great hosts. Breakfast is freshly prepared using quality ingredients. We’re already looking at booking again later in the year.

We felt right at home at Tan y Gader thanks to the wonderful welcome. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and breakfast was divine. I’d recommend it to others and hope to visit again when I’m in the area.
