The host was welcoming, friendly and helpful, and served a delicious breakfast in an elegant dining room. We had a fantastic couple of nights in a cosy, comfortable room, with a clean modern bathroom and powerful shower. It’s a great spot close to the town centre. We’ll definitely return.

A nice B&B near the train station in Dumfries. Our room was smart, clean and warm. Breakfast was a little disappointing as a vegetarian. It would have been nice to have cereal, yoghurt and fruit as options, for example.

We stayed in the annexe beside the building. It was private, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the host was happy to help with anything. The place felt very friendly and welcoming, and was clean throughout. Breakfast was lovely and nicely presented. Great value, highly recommend, and we’d definitely come back.

Really cosy, warm room with a very comfortable bed, so I slept great. The B&B was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, and the shower was great too. The host was friendly and helpful. First class place, I’d highly recommend it and stay again.

The annexe room was excellent, with plenty of space, lovely decor, a nice bathroom and a good shower. It was very quiet, and the mattress was good, which matters. The room was as good as most hotels. We’d highly recommend staying here.
