Katie and Richard made the stay feel perfect, they’re such charming hosts. There was homemade cake and biscuits, and breakfast was served in a charming conservatory at the front of the house. Our room was beautiful and had a lovely view. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back in summer. Thanks so much, Katie and Rich!

Katie and Rich were excellent hosts, and I’ll be back next year. They helped with parking and made check in easy. Everything was spotlessly clean, the balcony had a great sea view, and the cakes were fab. Couldn’t ask for more.

Room 6 had a lovely balcony and views, and we got to see the unexpected local carnival from there. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the afternoon cakes really are as good as other reviews say. The brownies were our favourite. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The bathrooms look a little dated, but they’re clean and have what you need, so it wasn’t a big issue. Good water pressure too. Highly recommend.

Our second stay at Sea View was even better than the first. Rich and Katie are lovely hosts who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help make your time in Eastbourne enjoyable. The rooms are spotless, and Katie’s cakes are delicious.

Katie and Rich were warm and welcoming, and Rich carried our heavy case upstairs. We had a clean, comfortable top floor room with a balcony over the seafront and beautiful views. Little touches included fresh milk in the mini fridge for tea and coffee. Katie’s cakes were delicious, and she checked in now and then to see if we needed anything without being intrusive. The guest house is lovely and fantastic value. There are steps up to the property and the stairs inside are steep, so that’s worth considering if you have mobility issues.
