The property isn’t new, but the owner seems to have thought of everything. They were extremely kind and helpful, and nothing felt like too much trouble. There’s guest parking on site, which was very convenient. I travel a lot, and this was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed, certainly among the cleanest accommodation I’ve experienced in the UK. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, town centre and plenty of good restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. I’d highly recommend it.

CK is a very people-friendly dog, and the staff were exceptional. We loved staying here. It’s colourful, quirky and unlike other places we’ve been, with lots to see and do in Eastbourne and the seafront close by. I’d definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

We came back for our second visit, about 18 months after the first, and had another lovely stay. The room was clean, with beautiful bedding and towels, and the staff were friendly. Free parking on site and a handy spot for local restaurants and theatres. Good rates, including a great breakfast 🙂

The decor is amazing, colourful and so unique, and the staff even put the birthday decorations I’d delivered into the room to surprise my husband 🎈 Everything here feels relaxed but efficient, with wonderful staff and a delicious breakfast. We just love this hotel and will definitely be back for a third visit 😍

The place has the charm of an art piece, and the welcome was warm, friendly and really helpful. Thanks, Steve! The bed was comfortable, and it’s close to the town centre while still being somewhere quiet. I had a very pleasant stay and will come back when I return to Eastbourne :)
