Almond House B&B

Communication was clear, and the place is clean enough to sleep in. We had a shared bathroom, and our room was really loud because it faces a busy street. I think you could sleep better elsewhere for the money, though the place itself is solid.

The compact room was clean and tidy, with plenty of cupboard space. The ensuite was small too, but did the job. The host wasn’t there when we arrived and was mostly available by phone, though she dealt with our requests promptly. It’s well placed for the short trip to The Royal Highland Show and the city centre. Buses are easy to get, and the stops are nearby.

Small but clean, and not too expensive. It has what you need, though the room was a bit noisy from the street.

The owners had to use Google Translate to communicate with us. The room itself was stuffy and very uncomfortable.
