The place was filthy when we arrived: dust everywhere, sticky kitchen floors, and a cigarette smell. We booked it through Booking.com for two nights, and I’d strongly advise others against staying here. I suspect scammers are involved. We checked out at 10:00 AM as required and left the keys in the safe. At 12:54 PM, the landlady called to say the other keys were missing, then threatened us with a £100 fine. We explained we hadn't touched those keys and suggested she check the CCTV camera above the door. I assume she didn't, because at 1:07 PM £100 was charged to our card. They called it a security deposit for lost keys. I don't know how often they pull this, but it's practically impossible to prove what happened. They could film everything, though even that might not help. It left us feeling defenseless. I don't expect them to return the money, but I'm trying to warn as many people as I can about this place.
