Julie was very helpful, and we’d both happily stay here again. Our room was clean, and we had an en-suite with a TV, kettle, and hair dryer. An iron is available if you ask. We parked in the driveway, and there’s a local bus into the city for £1.60 per adult, one way.

It was so quiet and peaceful, and felt like a home away from home. A quick bus ride gets you into town. We were delighted with our stay while visiting Edinburgh.

The rooms were clean and charming, and finding food in them was a lovely surprise. They even stayed up late to check us in. I’d recommend it.

There was food provided, which wasn’t part of the deal, so that was an unexpected bonus. The proprietor was friendly, the rooms were clean, and it’s close to central Edinburgh. I can recommend it.
