Lynn & David were wonderful hosts, and the en suite room was very spacious. They asked what we'd like for breakfast, and it was delicious when it arrived: orange juice, cereal, fresh fruit and toast. We walked to the Botanical Gardens, Edinburgh Castle and the Museum. That's 25k steps, so I'm sure I'll sleep tonight.

A big, comfortable bed and a lovely large room made this a great stay. Breakfast was a full Scottish one, and there was off-road parking. The bus stop is right across the road, with a 20-minute ride to Princess St. I'd definitely stay again.

Lynn and David are such a kind, lovely couple, and the room was fantastic and very comfortable. The breakfast was great too, as authentic a Scottish breakfast as you could hope to find. Five out of five, and we'd come back. Thanks for having us, Lynn!

Lynn and David made me feel at home during my two nights here, and the place is beautiful. They were going on holiday but arranged for their daughter to look after my stay, which was so kind. My daughter was with me while getting treatment at the western gerneral, so it was a lovely change for her too. Breakfast was amazing, and I'd recommend this b n b to anyone. I'll stay again and definitely recommend it. Thanks Lynn and David for a lovely visit 🥰

Lynn and David made me feel at home, and I would definitely recommend them. I've stayed there a lot while my fiance was in the western general hospital. First class all the way. Thank you for everything, Lynn and David xx
