Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre

The main concern was the open kitchen. The receptionist was also waiting tables and cooking, and I saw him prepare food without an apron or hairnet, reaching into the freezer bag for chips without gloves. It all seemed quite unhygienic. Breakfast service was better, with two waiters and a chef. In our room, there was mold in the shower and a hair around the toilet, though the rest of it was clean.

Sharvari made the hotel feel welcoming. She was consistently warm, polite, and kind when she spoke with me and offered help. Her service felt thoughtful and sincere, and made my stay more pleasant.

The restaurant next door was a nice part of our stay. Mila served us with a warm welcome and just the right amount of attention, which made dinner pleasant. Earlier, Sharyari checked us in at the Premier Inn in the town centre of Epsom and was considerate and welcoming. We had unexpectedly left home because of potential asbestos in the property and needed somewhere to stay while it was sorted out. The whole team was helpful and accommodating, always serving us with a smile. We were grateful for their help during a difficult, unexpected stay.

Mila is a real highlight, friendly and chatty, and she makes a mean spicy mayo 😊. I stay at this Premier Inn often for business. The rooms are always lovely and clean, and whenever anything comes up, the staff are happy to help. I’ll keep coming back and would recommend it.
