A clean, serviced room in a city centre location, with study spaces and a games area. Utilities are included, and free Wi-Fi and broadband are advertised at up to 1Gbps. Rooms start at £147pw. There’s on-site maintenance and 24/7 CCTV.

The location is excellent and the rooms are absolutely fine, but it’s been over a month since I checked out and my deposit still hasn’t come back. I’ve been told several times it was sent. That feels pretty dodgy, and I wouldn’t trust this outfit.

It gets noisy in the middle of the buildings, with people running around at all hours outside the inward-facing rooms, away from the street. I told them to shut up and they did, so it wasn’t too bad. The place is clean and bright, and it’s a great place to stay. I’m still here, so you know what I mean.

The location is good, but staying here wasn’t worth the hassle. It took nearly three weeks to get my deposit back, and the customer service was awful. Quite possibly the most dreadful experience.
