We slept so quietly and really enjoyed the clever, delicious 'breakfast in your pajamas' and our hosts. Townhouse Exeter felt like a perfectly done little oasis, within walking distance of the train stations, cathedral, shops and restaurants. We'll definitely stay again.

Ken and his staff were lovely, and the location and room were exactly what I wanted as a solo traveller. I've never been to Exeter before, but out of all the hotels I've visited in the UK, this was by far the nicest. If you're heading to Exeter, trust me, book directly through their website ✨

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and everything was clean. The rooms have character, with thoughtful decor and the conveniences you need. Reception hours are limited, but checking in after hours was easy, and staff were helpful and communicated well. For the price, especially in Exeter, it was great value. Next time I'd book directly with them to support a great local business.

It's tucked away but really close to everything, and so clean and comfortable. Loved the crisp cotton sheets. Such a gem. I'll stay here again.

I had a lovely night at the Townhouse. The hosts were friendly and explained the arrival process perfectly. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into how the rooms are furnished and decorated. I'll definitely be back!
