Breakfast was plentiful and good quality, and our twin room had a comfortable mattress with clean white cotton bedding. There was tea and coffee in the room, plus a biscuit and chocolate. The rooms we saw were clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. A really good stay at a charming B&B, and I’d recommend it if you’re in the area.

The breakfast was better than plenty of fancy five-star places, and the Wi-Fi worked properly. We were only here for one night, but got such a warm welcome. Our room had just been decorated, and the place was clearly being made over. Every now and then you could catch the lovely smell of fresh paint. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

We had one of the smallest rooms, number 9, but there was still plenty of space. Free parking and Wi-Fi were included, and town is about a half-hour walk away. The hosts were lovely and breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our one-night stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend, and thank you! 😀😀😀

The rooms are wonderful, and the owners are lovely people who are happy to help with anything. Prices are affordable too. If you’re visiting Exmouth, staying here will add to your trip. I can’t recommend a better place. Thank you so much 😊

A warm, friendly welcome from the hosts, and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. It’s centrally placed in Exmouth for local amenities, with free parking and excellent transport connections. I’d highly recommend it.
