The villa was a great fit for our four adults and toddler. We’d happily book it again next time we’re in Falkirk. It’s set up with a good kitchen and an open-plan lounge, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. There’s a shower and toilet downstairs, plus an upstairs double bedroom and bathroom with another shower. Towels, tea, coffee, bottled water, and cleaning and laundry supplies were provided. The place was clean and thoughtfully laid out, with a private off-street parking space for one car. It’s also close to the train station, Morrisons, and the town centre.

Kerry was so welcoming and easy to reach, and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us. The house is spotless, modern, and tucked away somewhere very quiet, with its own private drive for parking. Local amenities, The Kelpies, and The Falkirk Wheel are all very handy. A fantastic Airbnb, and one I’d gladly recommend.

A good base for exploring Falkirk and the surrounding area. The town itself is worth a look and has kept much of its historic character. The nearest railway station is about a five-minute walk away, Tesco is also close by, and the centre is roughly ten minutes on foot. It’s a pleasant neighbourhood of mostly stone bungalows, while Alma Villa is more modern, converted from a garage attached to the main house and set back from the street, so there’s very little traffic noise. The compact layout makes good use of the space without feeling cramped, and it has modern appliances, toilets and showers upstairs and downstairs, and everything needed for a self-catering stay. It’s clearly well maintained. The owners live next door and are approachable, so I gave service five stars even though there’s no catering. Five stars for location too.

Everything was just perfect here. The apartment was lovely and spotless, set back from the road in a great spot. The owners live next door and were friendly and really helpful. I’d definitely stay again.
