We’ll be coming back. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the full English breakfast was exceptional, with other breakfast choices too. The rooms are modern, spacious, ensuite and spotless, and there’s parking on site. There’s no lunch or evening meal, but management lets you have takeaway delivered and eat it there. The cosy bar looks over the ocean. The beach and seafront cafe bar are a short walk away, as is Falmouth Town Centre with bars and restaurants for all tastes. Highly recommend.

For what it offers, this isn’t worth the price, and I’d call it a two-star hotel. Breakfast was poor, with no fruit or vegetables, while the bathroom, towels, beds and pillows all felt old or worn, and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. For a five-star hotel, there were no toiletries, slippers or safe. You could hear people in the hall and neighboring rooms, and there’s no elevator.

The location is amazing, right by the ocean and an award-winning beach, with the town centre about a 10-minute walk away. We always stay here when we’re in Falmouth. The staff are lovely and so helpful, always happy to do what they can. The accommodation is clean and really comfortable, and breakfast is included. You choose what you want the night before. There are ground-floor rooms for anyone who can’t manage stairs, including one with its own private patio facing the ocean. Highly recommend.

The location was lovely, and so was the one staff member we met. But this definitely doesn’t feel like a five-star place. Our bathroom was dirty, as the photos show, and the curtain ties were coming away from the wall. At this price, we expected better.
