For a great Highlands stay, this b&b is a place you can book with confidence. It's well situated in Fort William, just above the loch Linhe, the station, and the old city. The host was nice, discreet, and very accommodating. Thanks for everything, it was perfect :)

We booked a triple room, and it felt cozy and welcoming. They provided everything we needed, plus thoughtful extras like complimentary chocolates, tea bags, and bottled water. It felt every bit as good as a hotel. Highly recommended!

The evening before we were due to arrive, they cancelled our reservation because of “overbooking”. We were hiking the West Highland Way and had all our accommodation booked, so suddenly we had nowhere to sleep the next day. Cancelling at such short notice was very unprofessional, especially for a Saturday, when there wasn't much chance of finding somewhere reasonably priced in less than 12 hours. Very disappointing and not reliable at all.

The little local touches were a lovely surprise, and the rooms were spotless and nicely equipped. Breakfast had a great choice too. The hosts were attentive without hovering, so we could come and go as we pleased. Such a lovely small B&B. I'd definitely stay again.
