Freshwater Bay House

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff and a wonderful location.

The Isle of Wight's coastal scenery was stunning, and the mix of walks and friendly atmosphere made our week with HF Holidays a memorable family trip. The walk leaders were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt included and comfortable. They adapted the itinerary on a rainy day, so even that didn't spoil things. They also accommodated different fitness levels and interests, making the walks enjoyable for everyone. At the house, the staff were friendly, helpful and went the extra mile. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The trip was very well organised. We'd highly recommend HF Holidays for a family walking holiday and can't wait for another adventure with them.

The location is great for walking, and the food was great too. Staff were always cheerful and friendly, and really accommodating about my girlfriend’s vegan diet. A big thank you to the kitchen lads and the people who clean the rooms. Everyone was so helpful.

The setting overlooking Freshwater Bay is beautiful, and the daily walks offer different lengths and difficulty levels. We had comfortable rooms and good food in the dining room. HF works really well for guided walking holidays. The pool was closed when I visited in October, at the end of summer, so I couldn’t use it.
