The shops, nice coffee places and beach are all close by, and we’ve already booked to return next year. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we could need. When we arrived, there was a bottle of Prosecco and a lemon drizzle cake waiting for us, and the cake was delicious. It felt like a home from home. I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

The garden, cosy fire and quiet residential setting made it a lovely place to stay, with Frinton High Street just a short stroll away and the beachfront even closer. Jo made us feel especially welcome, even putting oat milk in the fridge after finding out we were vegan. Our little one loved his room, which has room for two with an upper bunk, and the toys kept him busy. The double room was really comfortable too. The cottage was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Huge thanks to Jo, we loved our time there and hope to come back.

Jo left a welcome pack and an amazing lemon drizzle cake, which were much appreciated. We had a fantastic week in this cosy, spotless cottage, with everything we could think of provided. Its location is ideal for both the beach and the town.

The huge back garden was really handy, especially with a pet, and the area felt friendly with the beach close by. Booking and stay communication were brilliant throughout. The accommodation was immaculately clean, with instant hot water and heating, plus a Smart TV in the lounge for relaxing. The homemade lemon drizzle cake was the icing on the cake. Thanks for a wonderful stay at Sea View cottage.

Our dog made the most of the garden, and parking was no problem. The beach and high street are both an easy short walk away. We’ve had another lovely stay at Seaview Cottage. It feels like home, with everything you need and good provision for children and dogs.
