The Stables was spotless, warm and cosy, and had all the equipment we needed for our four-night break with our two dogs in late September. It was a great base for Longleat, Bath, Frome and plenty of other places to explore. There’s another converted barn across the courtyard, so the two places would suit a family gathering or special occasion. We also enjoyed the dog walks in Longleat woods, and The Lighthouse atTytherington, with its lovely tea room/ restaurant, is another good option. Anji and Nick are wonderful hosts at Heath House Farm. We’ll certainly be back.

The cottage is beautiful, spotless, well equipped and set in amazing grounds with a spectacular view. Our hosts came over to greet us and couldn’t have been more accommodating. We arrived earlier today, and although we’ve only got three nights booked, we’re already looking at dates for next year.

The kids loved seeing the farm animals, and the cats, especially Tripuss and Patches, are always after some attention. The family is very welcoming. It’s a fresh, clean cottage in lovely countryside, with Bath and Longleat close by and Stonehenge only a short drive away. A wonderful short break.

The farm owners are lovely and really helpful, and the cats even come by the barns to visit. The place has been renovated beautifully, and it’s comfortable and spotless. A brilliant stay, highly recommended.

Seeing deer run through the fields was a highlight of our long weekend at the barn. Bath for the Christmas market, Laycock and Frome are all about half an hour away, so it makes a handy base in lovely surroundings. The barn was cosy and spotless, with everything we needed. Nick andAnji made us feel very welcome.
