Nicki was so welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond. I asked about Earl Grey on our first morning, but she didn't have any, so I was happy with the other herbal teas she offered. The next day there was a box of Earl Grey on the counter. We were in Frome for a friend's wedding, and when I asked if she had an iron for my dress and my partner's shirt, she offered to do them herself. She did a fabulous job. The room was lovely, clean, warm and nicely decorated. It got a bit too warm overnight, but there was a great fan, and we opened the window a little. The tea and coffee setup was better than what I've had in some five star hotels. There was water, fresh milk and prosecco in the fridge, a really lovely touch. Breakfast wasn't cooked, but we enjoyed it: as much toast as we wanted, hard boiled eggs, cheese and meat plates, fruit, cereal and pastries. I couldn't have eaten any more. Such a fabulous B&B, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Frome.

Nicki was a brilliant, very accommodating host, and the rooms were spotless. The bed was so comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and we really appreciated all the nice little extras. Fantastic B&B. I'd definitely stay again and recommend it.

Breakfast in the kitchen and dining area was a really pleasant chance to chat. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, and there were hot drink facilities, two small bottles of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit in the clean, well organised room. It's a hidden gem, within easy reach of the village on foot or by car. Just remember it's uphill on the way back. Plenty of dinner places to choose from. Definitely adding this one to my list of places to stay.

Only stayed one night, then headed off after a lovely breakfast. The room was lovely, with an en suite, and it was clean, quiet and had Wi-Fi.

The owners were really helpful, and the personal service was much more than I expected for the price. Lovely rooms and a good breakfast in the morning.
