The double bed was clean and very comfortable, but there were several problems during our two-night stay. There was no heating in the upstairs main bedroom, and none of the smoke alarms worked. We found no TV licence or fire safety information, and someone from the TV licensing people came by during our stay. The property was generally run down and needs a proper restoration. Sorry, owners, but I wouldn't let it out if I owned it.
