The Ivory Hotel

We hired a room at the Ivory hotel for my girlfriend’s baby shower, with 30 people in our group. The space was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff had everything set up as we needed, were easy to reach when help was needed, and never intrusive. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Their care and attention made the day run smoothly and kept it stress-free. We’ll book again, and I’d recommend the venue in the Southside of Glasgow for its great service.

We went in for a late lunch and had good service in a nice atmosphere. My husband really liked his goat’s cheese fritter, and my pâté was very good too. We both had fish and chips, which were good, though the fish could have been a wee bit bigger. I also saw they run comedy, folk, and jazz nights, which could be good.

The buffet came out at just the right time, and they even asked if I wanted the leftovers boxed up. I had a brilliant 30th birthday party here. The venue and staff were great, communication was excellent, and they helped with balloons and banners when I arrived. Some guests had issues with their drinks, but the team went above and beyond to help. Big thanks to everyone, especially Ashley, for a great night.

This is our family’s go-to, whether it’s a big celebration or dinner for two. Ashley always gives first-class service, and compliments to the chef. The food is excellent as usual, and changes we’ve asked for to the menu have never been a problem.
