Sonder The Teacher

A bit of noise can come through at times, which is expected in such a central spot, and I thought the convenience was worth it. V City Suites at Teacher felt safe and well maintained, and was worth the money. The flat was clean, modern, and had what I needed for a comfortable stay. Shops, restaurants, and transport were all within walking distance. Check-in was smooth, and the host communicated helpfully. I'd stay again.

Ashwin at reception deserves a special mention. He was genuinely friendly, made parking easy, and was always ready to help, which made a big difference for us. I also liked the coffee machine, it made really good coffee and was a nice way to start the day. The apartment was spotless, nicely presented, and had a fresh, pleasant smell as soon as I arrived. It felt welcoming and like home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, one of the best sleeps I've had in a while, and the shower had great pressure and stayed hot. I had an amazing stay at VCity Suites Glasgow and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Glasgow.

I was impressed by the standard of the apartment during my two night stay, but the evening disturbances affected the next day. On the first night, there was a fire evacuation in the early hours. After the flat where the alert had been detected was checked, the alarm system couldn't be activated again. The second disturbance was an articulated wagon delivering to Poundland Store at the rear between 4-7am.

We had a lovely weekend away. The apartment was spacious and made the trip feel that little bit better than staying in a standard hotel room. Check-in was easy, and everything was explained really well. Thank you for a great stay!
