I was recently hosted at the Holiday Inn Gloucester, and the team made the experience first rate. Chloe, Claire Paul and Toby were so helpful and accommodating. The reception, refreshments, including pastries and donuts, and lunch were all top standard. Thanks to the whole team. I'd definitely recommend the venue for a meeting or training.

The food was 10/10, and the gym is fantastic. There's also an EV charger in the car park. Aisha at the front desk, Laila in the restaurant, and the glasses-wearing lady who was rushed off her feet on Monday night were all amazing. I'm very happy with my stay and will choose this place again. 👍👍👍👍

I'm a member at spirit, the hotel's gym. After today's session I stopped in the restaurant for a soft drink. Marcel served me quickly and was really polite and friendly. While making my drink, he asked how I was and had a brief, pleasant chat. Excellent service.

The leisure centre and swimming pool are very good for this type of hotel. I also slept well, found everything very clean, and the staff were friendly, so I'd recommend it. The one thing I didn't like was the £5 nightly parking charge. It's shown on the website, but given the hotel's location it still feels like a hidden cost that isn't fully justified. Most Holiday Inns in similar locations don't charge for parking.

At my company's team briefing, a lovely staff member asked about dietary needs. I can't have dairy, and she said she'd take care of me. She brought banana chips when pastries were served, then a huge bowl of fresh fruit alongside the yoghurt. At lunch she got me steak pies and chips, and it was delicious. Thank you for being so thoughtful and looking after me. You deserve a medal.
