Goathland is a real gem, still unspoilt, and we love spending time there. We had another wonderful stay with Fiona and Tim. The room was spotless, beautiful and very comfortable, and the homemade treats were delicious. Breakfast had lots of variety and was filling. We'll definitely stay again. Once you've found somewhere this good, there's no need to look further.

The moors around Goathland are wonderful for walks, and the coast is close by. We had a lovely, peaceful three-night stay at this five-star Gold B&B. Tim and Fiona looked after us so well, the accommodation was great, and breakfast was a 10/10. The specials board had such a good range that we tried as much as we could, with no disappointments. We'll be back.

It really feels like a home from home, and you can tell how much credit Tim and Fiona deserve for this B&B. There are three rooms, all with en-suites. Elgar has its own sitting area with a sofa, handy for relaxing after a day out. Guests can also use the dining room, where sofas sit around an open fire. There are books and magazines, plus an honesty box for snacks. Fiona welcomes you with tea and homemade cake. The bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully done, and breakfast is generous, with cooked and continental options. I almost want to keep this place to myself!

Great value, with lovely rooms and a breakfast that gets a 10/10 from me. There's plenty to choose from, and Tim and Fiona are friendly hosts. Absolutely brilliant B&B.
