Cartmel is just a five-minute walk away, and we had a lovely dinner at one of the local pubs. Our bedroom was spacious and beautifully decorated, with breathtaking views. We spent Valentine’s weekend at Aynsome Manor, and from the champagne welcome to having our bags taken up and a complimentary lift to and from dinner, everything went smoothly. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. It made for a perfect quiet break, a 10/10 experience. We’ll definitely return and recommend Aynsome Manor for a relaxing special getaway.

Breakfast was superb, with local produce cooked well, and they kindly gave us a lift into and out of Cartmel. It’s a short distance, but I wouldn’t want to walk along those country roads, so the service was much appreciated. We stayed a few lovely midweek nights. The staff were attentive, the room was really nice and smelled amazing, and the bed and pillows were the best we’ve ever slept on. After exploring the area, the bath was perfect. We’re already looking at booking again.

It’s in a beautiful spot and easy to drive from when exploring nearby. The room was luxurious, with a super-comfy bed and a huge bath, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. We loved how dog friendly it was, with a dog bed and welcome box already in the room. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and had lots of options. Thanks for having us!

Cartmel is about a 15-minute walk away, and the hotel was outstanding. The staff were so friendly, the rooms looked stunning, and the decor and luxury bedding were lovely. Breakfast was amazing too.

The chauffeur service into Cartmel was excellent and saved us the headache of parking in the village, which can be a real challenge. This is a fabulous dog friendly hotel with exceptional staff. The rooms are very well appointed, and the dog facilities are off the charts, including a wash station, beds, toys, and treats.
