Clover Court

It’s a useful spot for a beach holiday, with plenty for children aged 3-10 along the beachfront and superstores and a cinema close by. The house has a spacious ground floor, a decent kitchen and dining area, two lounge TVs, WiFi mainly downstairs and above the kitchen, and an en-suite in every room. The linen was clean, the beds comfortable, and a cot and baby chair were available on request. A few drawbacks: the whole-house toilet system is noisy, parking can be a mission, and the ground-floor carpet and laminate weren’t clean. Parts of the house can get very warm, so it could use air conditioning or some electric fans. The market shops weren’t worth the effort for me unless you find one of the exceptions, as much of what they sell seemed overpriced for what looked like Poundland quality and things you can find elsewhere in the UK. Most of the problems could be dealt with by the landlord, so I can see it being a bargain for a big group like ours. Parking might be less of an issue if you don’t need the car every day.

We’ve just got back from a great week at clover Court. The house is huge and had pretty much everything we needed, apart from a dryer. It was excellent value, right in the middle of great Yarmouth, and we left the car parked once we arrived.

Parking was a bit of a lottery, and the house could do with some TLC. Still, it’s very large, works well for a big group, and for the price it was good value.

Everything was an easy walk from this place, making it a great base for a trip with friends or family.
