We came across this place during a little road trip while hungry and looking for somewhere serving food. The kitchen was just about to close, but the staff were so kind and offered to make us a Sunday roast, including a veggie one. The food was fresh and really tasty. It felt like an enchanted house from the film 'El Canto', with warm, friendly people to welcome you. I’d definitely recommend it if you fancy a little magical escape from everyday life.

We booked the bottomless pizza by phone ahead of time. There were plenty of tables when we arrived, and the courses started quickly, with pizza coming until we were full. The pizzas were great, absolutely brilliant. Huge thanks to the chef and the pub. I hope people notice what a nice thing it is to have this pub in Rollesby and head down there. We also went there for a wake, and they catered for it very well.

We had a short break at the Horse and Groom, and what a lovely little gem it is. The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were wonderful. All the food was home cooked, really lovely and fantastic quality. Thanks, Sarah and the team, for letting us enjoy the Horse and Groom at Rollesby. See you again soon. Emma, Dorian and Jack x

We had an excellent Sunday roast, with good beer on tap and friendly owners. The new owners have done a lovely job inside the pub. What used to look old and shabby now feels fresh and fun. Definitely worth visiting for the food, and I’ll be back to catch some entertainment soon :)

A friendly welcome, a large car park and a dog friendly place. There’s one tasty real ale on, and for food it’s pizza at the moment, along with a selection of cakes. The bar top has an unusual wood and resin design, and really the whole place is quirky. Worth a visit.
