Hillside Farm Barn Apartments

The electric car chargers on site were a big plus for us. We spent three nights here while helping my son move house in Guildford, and found the apartment clean, quiet, and lovely. Nigel was a friendly, accommodating host. We’ll stay again when we visit my son.

We loved sitting in the gazebo watching the horses, and Nigel shared plenty of useful details about nearby places to eat and points of interest. There were also thoughtful extras like milk, fresh orange, tea, and coffee during our stay. The studio was cleverly laid out and had everything we might need at home, from an ironing board to a coffee machine. We were pleasantly surprised opening the cupboards. The two free EV chargers were another thoughtful touch. My wife and I had a lovely, relaxing stay, and would happily come back if we're in the area. Thanks, Nigel. Those five stars are well deserved.

Nigel made us feel very welcome and was full of useful tips about where to eat and drink. The apartment was spotless, and having air conditioning was a real bonus in the hot weather. This was our first Airbnb stay, and what a find. Nigel had clearly gone to a lot of effort to make it a great experience. I’d have no hesitation recommending Hillside Farm Barn.

The studio was bigger than I expected, really lovely, and had everything we needed. Hillside Farm Barn is easy to reach from London, yet the area feels so quiet and far away. Nigel and Vicky were friendly and helpful, and the stay felt much more personal than a hotel. We’d planned to go out on Saturday, but the weather wasn’t great, so we stayed in and binge-watched movies instead. The TV has Netflix, iPlayer, Chromecast, and more. Two nights went by so quickly. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.
