Premier Inn Guildford North - A3

We had a great time, and the staff were lovely and friendly to us and everyone else. The location worked well, about a 10-minute walk from spectrum. Our room was clean and comfortable, with the usual premier inn amenities, though no fridge or safe. Breakfast was standard, but a bit disorganized, and we had to wait for items to be refilled. Free parking on site.

We gathered about 20 of us for dinner in the evening, arriving at different times after our journeys, and the staff handled it brilliantly. Everyone got fed, and they kept smiling throughout. We chose this hotel as a central meeting point for a family event. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we got a warm, helpful welcome. Highly recommended.

I slept really well in a comfortable, cozy room. Breakfast was high quality, with a great range of food. The Wi-Fi was the weak point: it was too slow or stopped working on the second floor, so I had to use my own mobile hotspot. Still, I’d recommend it.

The food at the Beefeater was good, but our waitress let us down. She was very slow, sullen, unfriendly and even rude. We had a show to get to and only just made it, despite having an hour and 20 minutes for dinner. We even had to fetch our own menus to try to speed things up. Everyone else was friendly, so maybe we were just unlucky. The rooms were great. A couple of times no one was at Reception when we needed help, and one of us couldn’t get into the room with the key card. It was sorted quickly once the receptionist appeared.
