The breakfast was really good, cooked just right, and I felt very welcome even though I was travelling on my own. I usually choose hotels because B&Bs and guest houses have disappointed me before, so finding this place on a last-minute mini break was a lovely surprise. Room 1 was a single, with a very comfortable bed and a blissful shower. I’m already thinking about coming back to the guest house and beautiful Harrogate.

The owners, Gilly and Kristian, made us feel at home and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Breakfast was generous and had plenty of variety, and the place was clean with great facilities. Harrogate centre is only a short walk away.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was excellent. The host was always ready to help. I’d happily recommend the place and will stay again next time I’m in the area.
