A cosy country freehouse with friendly staff and nicely presented food. Pretty decent.

The Indian restaurant serves great food, and the bar facilities are good, but the opening hours are very erratic. They seem more focused on the restaurant than the bar. Breakfast isn’t included, and if you stay here, be ready for it to be cancelled at a moment’s notice. Bat staff are superb. Guests who are paying need more consideration, and there should be a way to book direct. With those changes, this could be a great place to stay, eat and drink.

My dogs were made to feel welcome, and that let me relax. The room was great, and there was even a fan because it was warm. It’s an easy distance from Fitzpatrick referrals, which is why I was staying. A lovely dog-friendly place, would recommend.
