Old Camms Holiday Cottages

We've stayed here several times, and it's such a fantastic place to unwind. The owners are kind and welcoming, and we loved the thoughtful extras like bread and eggs. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay.

We loved relaxing by the fire in the evenings and couldn't have chosen a nicer spot for a few nights away. The surroundings were beautiful, and the owners were incredibly helpful. We were delighted to arrive to homemade bread and eggs from their own hens. Following their advice, we walked from the barn into Hawes over the stepping stones and visited Aysgarth Falls and Hardraw Falls. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you!

What a gem of a find! The host was great, and the two dogs were very friendly. It's peaceful, in a lovely location, and still close enough to everything.

We really enjoyed how peaceful it was at Owl Barn, tucked away at the end of a quiet country lane. From the barn you can see beautiful countryside in three directions. On arrival, Terri had left us a lovely supply of provisions: homemade brown bread, two pints of milk, a block of butter and a dozen free range eggs from her own chickens. The kitchen was well equipped, with a dining table for four. The walk-in shower was very nice, and the living room was huge, with a settee, four chairs and another dining table. There was a flat panel TV, a large fire that could use either coal or logs, and oil fired central heating. Upstairs, the double bedroom had good views, and bedding and towels were included. The peace and tranquillity made our stay special. A big thank you, Terri. I'm sure we'll be back soon.
