We stayed the night in our Campervan and had a great time at this friendly, good-value pub. There’s a good range of beers, tasty food and several vegan choices alongside the traditional menu. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the atmosphere was great, with live music in the bar and sport on TVs in the side areas, behind the bar and in the garden. The decor is great too, especially the walls of dogs in the photos. Our waitress was rushing to get the food out, but still took time to check everything was right and that we were happy, always with a smile. We’ll definitely be back to eat, drink and relax.

We had a private room when we arrived, just as I’d asked for somewhere quiet because my dad is hard of hearing. It was perfect. The Christmas dinner at Westown was amazing, with delicious courses and a perfect main meal, all the expected trimmings and plenty of food. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Great atmosphere too. We’ll definitely be back. Well done West town!

The food was delicious, and the kids’ meal was just £1 with a paying adult meal. We came to the west town inn pub for a hot meal after finding the seaside and amusements surprisingly deserted. Beach lands was closed for half term, no fairground rides were open, and hardly anyone was around, so there didn't seem to be much point opening anything. It looked like this was the only pub open. They need people to come and support them so they can keep going.

We booked online and asked for a table near the entrance because one of us is disabled. Our table was waiting in exactly the right place when we arrived. The pub was busy but still had a relaxed feel, and the whole team was so friendly. We tried two starters, chicken and beef roast dinners, and sticky toffee pudding. Everything was perfect, and the food was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

I was on site for some work today and Maxine and the staff at the West Town Inn gave me amazing hospitality. I’ve been here a few times before and always had a really warm welcome. There’s loads of outdoor space, including a covered patio and a children’s play area, plus a large free car park and friendly staff. The photos show very high standards throughout. An ideal pub and diner if you're visiting the area.
