Bay Tree Cottage

Susan and Willie made us feel right at home with their lovely Northern Irish charm. Bay Tree Cottage is beautifully presented and has all the comforts of home, plus homemade cakes waiting when we arrived. We loved the views towards the Mourne mountains, and Royal Hillsborough's castle, forest and lake are just a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Willy even lent me a waterproof when the weather turned bad and I had come without a coat. Susan was a lovely hostess, and the breakfast was freshly cooked, as good as or better than what we've had at 4star hotels. The bedroom was very well appointed, with one of the most comfortable and spacious beds we've slept in. We stayed one night at “Bay Tree Boutique b&b “ and were offered tea, coffee, scones and cake as soon as we arrived. Guests can also use a well-equipped kitchen. A perfect stay, thanks to you both. As Arnold said, “I’ll be back.!!” John and Sue Rayner

Our first overnight stop on the honeymoon, and Susan's hospitality will stay with us. She was warm and friendly, and the home and rooms were immaculate. The food was delicious too, a great place for anyone.

Breakfast was outstanding, and the attention to detail was lovely. Susan and Willy were such kind hosts, made us feel special and very welcome. We had a truly lovely stay and would definitely come back. Five stars for everything, and many thanks.
