The gardens and rooms at the Keeper’s Cottage Guest House are gorgeous and so well cared for. Breakfast had a great range, and everything was excellent. Stephen and Andrew were generous hosts, sharing their time, home and garden so warmly. We had a really special stay and hope to return soon.

We stayed with friends recently and were delighted to find this beautiful, spotless house in such a quiet spot near Holt. Stephen & Andy made us feel completely at home and were always ready to help. There was an amazing choice at breakfast. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was outstanding, and the clean rooms had that country-house luxury feel. The setting just outside Holt is peaceful, with lovely views, yet close to amenities. We got a very warm welcome and the service felt like being at home. We're picky guests with high standards, but couldn't find a single fault. We love this place and are glad we found it. It'll be our first choice for North Norfolk, and we can't wait to book again. Five stars all round.
