It's pet-friendly, which worked well for me coming off the ferry, and just an 8 minute walk from Holyhead Train station, handy with luggage. The room was spacious and fine, though basic in design, and felt more like a waiting room than somewhere comfortable. I found a long hair on my towel, but it's hard to know whether it was cross contamination or the towel hadn't been changed. There's no service or facilities, so I can't rate that above a 3. Nothing was particularly bad or good. Overall, fine. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!

There's no hotel breakfast, though McDonald’s is nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the heating is good. Check at the front desk whether your room has hand wash and shower gel. Parking has plenty of free spaces for cars and vans. The port is close, handy for the Dublin ferry, and High Street is a 5-minute walk away, with a classic UK village feel. Nice views of the port and easy local access. Good for work trips or families.

The rooms are basic but clean and spacious. Breakfast is only a very basic box meal. It's easy to find just off A55 in the town centre, with shops and restraunts within walking distance. Perfectly adequate for short stays of a couple of days or nights.

We've stayed with this hotel chain a lot, and this visit really impressed us. It was quiet, clean and well looked after, so we were able to properly relax. We'd highly recommend it for families with children.

The reception service was fantastic. The lady was efficient and super friendly, and with my group of more than 30 people, that made all the difference when we arrived soaking wet in the middle of the night. Thank you! The room was big and clean, but not warm enough, and the heating was blocked so I couldn't turn it up. I got in around 12 am and was only staying one night, so I didn't ask anyone to fix it. The water was only warm too, and I couldn't figure out how to make it hot. Whatever I tried, it stayed just above lukewarm, so the shower could've been better. There was probably a way to adjust that as well.
