Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel

Nicki made breakfast feel especially welcoming every morning. She was kind, caring and full of good humour, always greeting us with a smile. Her warmth, professionalism and positive attitude made our stay more enjoyable, and we’ll remember her kindness and lovely spirit. The hotel itself was comfortable, with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly, welcoming staff. We had a lovely stay at Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel and would highly recommend it. Thank you, Nicki, for making our mornings so special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our family 🇬🇷🇦🇱

The staff were all incredibly welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. Mateus at the front desk went above and beyond, while Chloe at dinner and Linda at breakfast were both very helpful. The food was excellent and good value, and the hotel breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve seen. I stayed for a week, visiting my sister at Hull Infirmary from the USA. The location made it easy to get in and out of Hull, while still being surrounded by gorgeous countryside. The rooms are what you’d expect in an older property and need some updating, but everything was clean and functional, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There’s heating but no AC, so hot weather can be an issue in some rooms.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and breakfast and coffee were great, with extra options beyond the buffet. Staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and helpful. Parking and access were easy. Some parts are dated, though clean. The health club has good opening hours if you’re staying for work.

Rachel and Lauren were fantastic with the planning and coordination, and all the staff were friendly, professional and willing to help with anything, even when we had a disaster with the wedding cake. They really made the day. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel for my daughter’s wedding. I’d totally recommend having a wedding here. Thank you all for making such a special day amazing in every way!
