Manor Farm Oast

Breakfast the next morning had plenty of variety, was fresh, and came in generous portions. Kate had also given my family and me useful suggestions for places to go. Before I travelled, she answered my questions quickly, then welcomed us so warmly. There was ample parking, and the bright, fresh, clean room had a kettle, tea and milk, just what I needed after the long drive. For a visit to Rye, Hastings, Winchelsea or Icklesham, I'd recommend Manor Farm Oast. Kate's big smile is part of the welcome.

A great B&B, with really good rooms and a very good breakfast.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with local produce and Kates own homemade sausages. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed, and we appreciated the COVID-related care and the little extras, including a gift bag with face masks and hand sanitizer. This was a birthday surprise for my husband, a night away in Rye. The views as we drove up were breathtaking, and Kate greeted us so warmly. She suggested a lovely pub for dinner, where the food was tasty and good value and the atmosphere friendly. We had a great short break, though wished it had been longer. Thank you, Kate. We hope to see you again soon.

The breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. The B&B also has large, well-equipped rooms, with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and shower.
