The rooms were stylish and very clean, and breakfast was fantastic. Paula and Adam were so welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. It was a lovely, relaxing break and we'd definitely come back. Highly recommended.

We spent two evenings having drinks on the front terrace, enjoying the incredible views. The house is in a lovely part of town, and Adam & Paula were wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was clean, with fresh towels and linen, and breakfast was incredible, with as much fresh local produce as possible. We’ll definitely book again when my family and I return to Ilfracombe.

Nordbury House has such a relaxed feel that you feel at home straight away, and it’s beautiful and in an amazing location. Paula was the BEST host, always so attentive, and the food was incredible. Brisket (the beautiful lab) was a lovely part of an already brilliant stay. I’d highly recommend Paula and Nordbury House to everyone 😁

Our room looked out over the town with a superb view, and it was very comfortable. Adam and Paula were wonderful hosts, and there was a good choice at breakfast. You can walk to town in about 10 minutes, and there’s an honesty bar. What a lovely place to stay.

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The food was delicious, with every meal served so thoughtfully. We loved our stay and are already planning to come back to Ilfracombe next year. No question, we’ll stay here again. We loved the friendly dog too!
