The hosts knew the area well and pointed us to the best fish and chips I've ever had. We had a really enjoyable stay, with a very good full English breakfast too. The rooms were large and clean, and the old Victorian house is clearly well cared for. Thanks!

We were only about a ten-minute walk from Ilfracombe Harbour, and the family room setup worked out well. I’d booked the last room for myself, then had to add two people at short notice. The hosts managed to fit us in, rearranged breakfast for everyone, and only charged a small extra amount. Really helpful, lovely B&B.

Geoff and Sharon made us feel at home straight away when we arrived for our one-night stay. They were welcoming and had plenty of useful information. We slept really well, enjoyed the full English breakfast, and had a lovely chat with them before heading off. Scott and Julie hope to come back sometime.

A lovely old house, and Sharon was friendly and helpful. I stayed while visiting family in ilfracombe. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Thanks, I’d book here again 😀

The location in town is nice, and there’s parking on the grounds, which was handy. WiFi worked well too. The hotel looks a little old, and the rooms could use some redecorating, but everything was clean and working.
